About Darcy

Darcy's passion for real estate started at 11 years old when she built her first fort from a piece of plywood that her father brought home. Nothing has really changed since then.... except for gaining a lot of experience! She still passionately loves every aspect of real estate.

Over the last 40 years, Darcy has built oceanfront estates from the ground up, flipped foreclosures, been an investor, helped investors, designed remodels for resale, marketed luxury properties, built ADUs, and helped first-time owners realize their dreams.

Now, she works primarily as an agent and loves it. Nothing makes her happier than to see people living in the houses they want! She has helped many clients who thought they could not afford to stay in Santa Cruz.
