She specializes in blood issues, red tags, luxury properties, oceanfront properties, and converting spaces into ADU. Darcy‘s knowledge is as versatile as it is extensive. She also excels in navigating the Coastal Commission process, choosing properties for platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, and creating group buying situations.

A longtime resident of Pleasure Point, Darcy has weathered every type of real estate market, from boom to bust and everything in between. She and her wife raised three children in Santa Cruz, including giving birth to their twins when she was 50.

Family, outdoor adventure, and travel are her passions. On a recent journey to Cambodia, where she slept with multiple families on the floor of a stilt home in a village, Darcy again felt someone’s pride in home ownership and how unique and important that is.
